Weekly Relationship Oracle ✦ Sept 7 – 13, 2025
Discover what this week’s Goddess Power oracle cards reveal about your relationship dynamics.
Hey there, Starlight ✨
Welcome to our very first Relationship Dynamics Oracle Card Pull.
My name is Tania, and I’ve been reading oracle cards for almost two decades - for myself, friends, peers and clients.
Every Sunday, I’ll be pulling cards to help you explore and better understand the dynamics at play between you and the person on your mind (romantic or otherwise).
How Oracle Card Decks Work
Oracle cards aren’t about fortune-telling. Think of them more like a mirror. They reflect back the themes, patterns and insights already present in your life so you can see them more clearly. The guidance they offer helps you connect the dots, trust your intuition and lean into the choices that serve your highest good.
About this Week’s Deck
For this weeks Relationship Dynamics oracle card pull, I’m working with the Goddess Power Oracle by
, illustrated by Jena DellaGrottaglia. It’s a stunning, deeply symbolic deck that captures the full spectrum of the divine feminine. Each card is designed to be read either upright or in reverse. Upright brings an empowerment message (what to lean into), while reversed carries an alignment message (where to realign).
This deck is extra special to me because it was gifted by my lifelong best friend for one of my birthdays and it’s been one of my favourites ever since.
I love the empowering imagery and the layered meanings, which is why I chose it to launch the Weekly Relationship Oracle. It feels like the perfect deck for exploring dynamics between two energies and also a personal symbol of the friendship and strength I share with someone who has known me all my life.
Now, let’s begin our reading!
How to Choose your Oracle Cards

Step 1: Choose your person
Decide who you’re asking about and hold their image in your mind. Say their name out loud if that helps.
Step 2: Set your intention
I’ve set the following intention for everyone who reads this:
“Let the messages come through that serve your highest good in this moment.”All you need to do to participate in this oracle card reading is to mentally choose to accept this intention.
Try saying to yourself: “My intention for this reading is to receive the message that is best for my highest good in this moment. The dynamic I’m inquiring about involves me and [Name].”
Step 3: Pick your card set (numbers 1, 2, 3 or 4)
Place your hands over your heart, take a breath, and notice the first number that comes to mind. Don’t overthink it. Don’t second-guess it. Just trust your gut.
(Optional: if it feels good, you can also ask for guidance from the universe, your ancestors, your guides/angels, or even your wiser future self. For example: “Dearest highest self, please show me what I most need to receive right now for my highest good regarding my relationship with [Name].”)
Step 4: Scroll down to find your chosen card set
Find your number below and read the three parts: Your Card, Their Card, and The Relationship Dynamic Between You.
This Week’s Relationship Oracle Card Spread Revealed

What I found so beautiful about this very first Weekly Relationship Oracle spread is the symbolism of the first card drawn. Out of the entire deck, the very first card that came forward was Card #1 - a number that represents new beginnings and staying aligned with the path ahead. It felt like a powerful little wink from the universe that we’re starting this journey together in exactly the right way.
Another thing that fascinated me about this spread is how perfectly balanced it turned out. Out of the four possible outcomes (both upright, mixed upright/reverse, both reversed), we actually pulled all four.
In Set One, both cards are upright empowerment messages, showing two people moving in a similar direction.
In Set Two, the “you” card is upright while the “them” card is reversed, highlighting a dynamic where one person is aligned and the other is being nudged back on track.
In Set Three, both cards are reversed, a strong sign that the two people involved may not be seeing eye to eye right now and both have inner work to do.
And in Set Four, the “you” card is reversed and the “them” card upright, suggesting that the other person is more aligned this week, while you’re being asked to pause, recalibrate, and realign.
I just love how the first spread landed with such balance. It’s like a little reminder that the universe knows how to tell a story. So with that, scroll down to the set you chose (1, 2, 3, or 4) and dive into the messages for You, Them and the Relationship Dynamic Between You. May the guidance serve you well.
1 - IF YOU CHOSE SET ONE
Your Card: 1 - Áine - Adaptability
This card appeared upright, which means it’s bringing you an empowerment message.
Áine is a Celtic goddess often linked with the sun, love and the ability to move between worlds. She’s also known as a shapeshifter, someone who could slip easily between forms and situations. Her myth reminds us that adaptability isn’t about losing yourself, but about being able to flow with whatever life puts in your path.
Here, Áine shows up with the theme of adaptability. In the context of relationships, this is about how you respond when things don’t go according to plan. Do you double down and try to control the outcome, or do you adjust, soften, and let things unfold? Adaptability doesn’t mean you’re weak or flaky. It means you know how to stay grounded while life shifts around you.
For you, this card is saying you’re in a space where flexibility is your strength. In your connection with someone, there may be changes happening. Maybe new dynamics, new roles, or even new truths surfacing. Instead of resisting, the message is: you’ve got what it takes to adjust. Rolling with change will help you grow closer rather than drift apart.
Their Card: 24 - Ishtar - Communion
This card also appeared upright, so again we’re working with an empowerment message.
Ishtar is a Mesopotamian goddess tied to love, sexuality, and sacred union. In her temples, priestesses would serve as oracles, acting as a bridge between people and the divine. She embodies the energy of connection, not just physical, but spiritual and emotional communion.
The card carries the theme of communion. This is about closeness, intimacy, and the way two people truly meet one another. In relationships, communion goes beyond surface-level togetherness. It’s about being fully present, letting yourself be seen and allowing genuine give-and-take to happen.
For them, this card suggests they’re in a space where connection and closeness are central. They might be craving more openness, more honesty, or more time together. Their energy is leaning toward union, wanting to feel not just “next to you,” but really with you. The empowerment message here is that when they show up this way, it can deepen the bond between you.
The Relationship Dynamic Between You
With Áine’s adaptability on your side and Ishtar’s communion energy on theirs, the dynamic between you this week is about finding balance between flexibility and closeness. On one side, you’re learning to adjust and stay open to shifts; on the other, they’re focused on deepening the connection.
Put together, this suggests you’re both in a space of growth. You may be asked to let go of rigid expectations and meet them where they’re at. While they’re being asked to bring their full presence to the relationship instead of just skimming the surface. It’s a dynamic that can work beautifully if you both lean in: you adapt, they connect and together you create a relationship that’s fluid but also deeply rooted.
And because both cards appeared upright, remember: this isn’t about warnings or problems. It’s an empowerment message. The energy between you is encouraging. It’s showing you how to step more fully into the best version of this connection.
Takeaway: Stay flexible while deepening your connection, adaptability on your side and presence on theirs can bring you closer this week.
2 - IF YOU CHOSE SET TWO
Your Card: 19 - Gula - Healing
This card appeared upright, which means it’s bringing you an empowerment message.
Gula is the Babylonian goddess of medicine and healing, often called on to restore balance to both body and spirit. She’s the one who reminds us that healing isn’t just physical, it’s emotional, relational and energetic. With her presence, the focus is on renewal and the willingness to tend to what’s been neglected.
For you, this suggests you’re in a space where healing is not only possible but actively unfolding. You may have already started doing the inner work, whether that’s letting go of old stories, prioritising self-care, or finally addressing wounds that were easy to ignore before. The encouragement here is that your healing journey is blessing your relationship too. The more you restore your own balance, the more clearly and compassionately you can show up for someone else.
Their Card: 32 - Mama Killa - The Moon
This card appeared reversed, which means it’s offering an alignment message.
Mama Killa is the Incan goddess of the moon, ruling over cycles, seasons and divine timing. Upright, she represents flowing with natural rhythms; reversed, she points out where someone might be out of sync with those rhythms. It’s the reminder that trying to force things before their time can leave you frustrated or drained.
For them, this card suggests they may be wrestling with impatience, confusion, or a feeling of being out of step. They might want something to happen faster than it’s meant to, or they may be struggling to accept the season they’re in. This energy can look like pushing for clarity, pushing for answers, or even feeling abandoned by the universe because things aren’t lining up exactly when or how they want. Their work right now is about slowing down, trusting the timing and reconnecting with the bigger picture.
The Relationship Dynamic Between You
Together, these cards show a clear contrast. You’re standing in a place of empowerment through healing, while they’re in an alignment phase, being called to recalibrate and accept the timing of things. This combination suggests that while you may be gaining strength and clarity, they might be feeling unsettled or out of sync.
In practical terms, this means your energy is moving forward in a steady, grounded way, while theirs may feel restless or uncertain. The dynamic isn’t necessarily negative, in fact, it can be quite complementary if approached with awareness. Your healing energy can hold space for their recalibration. But it’s important not to carry the burden for them. The message here is: let your progress inspire, not rescue. They need to realign in their own time.
Because your card is an empowerment message and theirs is an alignment one, this spread highlights an imbalance, but also an opportunity. You’re being shown that while you’re stepping into strength, they’re being nudged to pause and adjust. Together, this week’s energy asks you to honour both truths: keep nurturing your own healing, while allowing them the space to catch up with their own cycle.
Takeaway: Keep focusing on your own healing and don’t rush to fix them. Trust that they’ll find their timing, while you keep moving steadily on your path.
3 - IF YOU CHOSE SET THREE
Your Card: 43 - Persephone - Inexperience
This card came up reversed, which means it’s bringing you an alignment message.
Persephone, the Greek goddess who became queen of the underworld, started out naive and inexperienced. Upright, her energy is about openness to learning and being teachable. Reversed, it’s a nudge to slow down and check whether you’re walking into something without fully understanding the cost. It’s a reminder to notice the red flags and to avoid jumping into choices just because they look tempting in the moment.
For you, this suggests a need to pause and be more discerning. You might be telling yourself you “should” know better, but the message here is: don’t rush. Right now is about taking a step back, asking the deeper questions, and making sure you’re not being swept up by pressure, attraction, or wishful thinking. It’s okay to admit you don’t have all the answers yet. In fact, that honesty protects you.
Their Card: 21 - Hera - Alliance
This card also appeared reversed, which makes it an alignment message.
Hera, the Greek goddess of marriage and alliances, is all about the power of partnerships. Upright, she represents healthy collaborations and supportive bonds. Reversed, she points to where alliances might be unbalanced, manipulative, or based on appearances rather than genuine respect.
For them, this suggests they may be caught in unhealthy patterns around partnership. Leaning on others for status, security, or validation instead of building a connection on mutual trust. They might be in denial about the quality of their relationships, or struggling with fear of being alone, which leads them to hold onto alliances that aren’t really nourishing. This card calls them to open their eyes and choose differently.
The Relationship Dynamic Between You
With both cards reversed, the dynamic here is pretty telling: you’re both out of alignment right now. You’re being asked to slow down, reflect and avoid rushing into things without discernment. They’re being asked to face where their approach to connection is based on shaky foundations. Put together, this isn’t the week for decisive moves, big declarations, or expecting smooth flow between you.
Instead, it looks like a time to give space, regroup and let things surface. The cards aren’t saying “it’s doomed,” but they are clear that clarity will only come after both of you pause, reflect and do some individual realignment. If you try to push forward in this energy, it could lead to misunderstandings, power struggles or regret later.
Takeaway: Don’t force it this week. Both of you need space to realign before the connection can move forward in a healthier way.
4 - IF YOU CHOSE SET FOUR
Your Card: 33 - Mama Cocha - Water
This card came up reversed, so it’s speaking to you through an alignment message.
Mama Cocha is the Incan goddess of the waters, representing emotional flow, cycles of renewal and the healing power of water. Upright, she encourages you to trust the natural ebb and flow of your feelings. Reversed, she’s a reminder that you might be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally flooded or caught in turbulence you don’t quite know how to manage. When emotions are unruly, the task is not to control them but to step back, detach and let them wash through you without judgment.
For you, this suggests a need to find steadiness in the middle of an emotional tide. If things feel chaotic, you’re being asked to create space instead of reacting in the heat of the moment. Step back, breathe and let clarity return when the waters settle. And since this card is number 33 (a master number in numerology) the intensity of its lesson is amplified. Master numbers carry big energy, but when reversed, it means the potential of that energy can feel heavy or destabilising until you align with it. In other words, you’re working with powerful emotional medicine right now, but it requires patience and self-trust.
Their Card: 14 - Epona - Wise Leadership
This card came up upright, so it’s an empowerment message.
Epona is the Celtic/Roman horse goddess, associated with strength, independence, and guiding others with clarity and integrity. Upright, her presence is about embodying confidence, showing up with self-assuredness, and leading by example, not by force. She invites others to rise simply through the way she carries herself.
For them, this card suggests they’re in a space of stepping into responsibility and clarity. They may be finding their voice, setting boundaries or taking initiative in a way that feels grounded and empowering. Their energy this week is about wise action. Not rash decisions, but thoughtful choices that come from self-worth. Unlike you, who may feel swept up in emotional tides, they are steadier and more focused, ready to move forward with conviction.
The Relationship Dynamic Between You
Together, these two cards highlight a clear contrast: you may feel pulled into emotional overwhelm (alignment), while they are standing firm in leadership energy (empowerment). This doesn’t mean you’re at odds, but it does suggest an imbalance in how you’re handling things this week. You may feel like waves, while they feel like an anchor.
The message here is that their steadiness can be supportive, but only if you allow yourself to step back from the emotional storm and not resist the flow. The master number 33 adds weight to your side of the equation: this is a pivotal lesson in learning to ride emotional cycles without letting them drown you. Their leadership can help stabilise the connection, but you need to give yourself permission to pause and realign first.
Takeaway: You’re riding big emotional waves, while they’re standing steady. Let their grounded energy inspire you, but don’t lean on them to carry it for you. Step back, breathe and let clarity return before moving forward together.
